On May 7, 1977 Steven L. Makovicka and Dwayne A. Pelan started a partnership business in Building construction known as M & P Quality Home Builders. Steve and Dwayne were classmates at East Butler High School and graduated in 1972. They also attended Southeast Community College and received their degrees in building construction.
